Package Tool 을 이용하여 MINERAL WOOL 조립작업을 구현해 보았습니다.

BOM

BOM(Bill of Material)은 한국어로 ‘자재명세서’라고도 합니다.

제품을 생산하는데 소요되는 원재료 또는 부분품에 대한 상세내역입니다.

BOM은 한번 만들고 끝나는 것이 아니라 제품의 생성부터 폐기까지 제품정보와 속성을 공유하고 지속적으로 관리해야 하죠.

BOM은 제품 생산에서 가장 중요한 정보입니다.

어떤 물품을 생산하고자 할 때 어떠한 부품이 몇 개 소요되고, 조립과정을 통해 만들어진 주요 부분품들은 어떤 것이 있으며, 이러한 부분품을 어떻게 모아서 최종 완제품을 구성하게 되는지 일목요연하게 정리한 소요자재명세표이기 때문에 BOM만 있으면 그 제품을 그대로 베껴서 같은 가격으로 양산까지 할 수도 있습니다.

아이폰이나 갤럭시 스마트폰의 제조원가가 얼마라는 기사를 보신 적 있을 거예요. 이런 제조원가를 따질 때도 BOM이 필요합니다.

BOM은 설계부터 생산, AS까지 약속된 코드 체계이지만, 다양한 버전이 존재합니다.
